Due to the personal nature of our perfumes and attars, we can only accept returns on items in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our support team via email within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

  Submit clear photographs of the product and its original seal to confirm the item is unused and eligible for a refund or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and outer shipping carton to prevent leakage or breakage during the transit back to our warehouse.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
